We started with the blog from my wonderlogues and detailed how to’s on how to change your life in certain aspects with actionable steps and thinking before acting. Then came the My Story Of I self-help shop where you can get even more in depth help with starting to live a life you love. Now it’s time to help you even more with actual coaching. You’ve been given lots of tools to help yourself but I can understand that you need someone to talk to so let me inform you on how my coaching can help you progress even more.
What is Let’s Write Lifestyle Coaching?
Let’s write lifestyle coaching is a way for you to get help creating the lifestyle you want, but not only that. It is a way for you to help yourself deal with your problems in a way more suitable for taking it step by step. It’s not the type of coaching to take everything out of your hands and tell you what to do. The pen that writes your life story remains in your hand. All I, the coach, have is a reading ability and suggestion of options but the exploring of those options is a you project, always.
Even though it is a you project, that doesn’t mean that you will go alone. Of course not, I will be there to help and to offer perspectives that might be helpful in your current situation.
You can get life coaching for numerous things happening in your life. Not just when you want to change your life. Let’s write is there for you in several aspects in order for you to be able to start/continue writing a life story you love looking back upon.
The life coaching is an extension of the My Story Of I golden rule. The blog is where it started, the self-help shop is where helping all of you becomes even more in depth and the coaching is about as personal as it gets. All while still maintaining your privacy but still getting the help you need and want.
Who is let’s write lifestyle coaching for?
Many moons ago I knew I needed help but asking for it was absolutely out of the question. I mean what will someone think of me needing help with my overthinking, and my ruminating? Or what will others think of my plan to change my life? To finally pursue the lifestyle I truly want? Above all of those self-handicapping thoughts came the fact of being notoriously private. The type to handle things herself and mostly succeeding after trial and lots of error.
Good for me for knowing all that but the truth of the matter is I still needed help. Helping myself get out of this situation all on my own using my own brain was not going to work, but where was I to find the help I was comfortable accepting? Where was I going to find the kind of coaching that will help me with my life problems but still make me feel like I am keeping my privacy in tact? It wasn’t there, so I created it.
Let’s Write life coaching is for those of you who need someone to talk to that can actually help, has walked miles in your shoes and realizes how hard asking for help was for you. Let’s write lifestyle coaching is life coaching for the private. Get yourself the help you need while still being able to keep it private as you’ve never met me and I have never met you. Also you don’t have to leave your house to get it. You’ll always have a life coach near you.

Let me explain what each one of these mean in depth.
Life Coaching Help With
Overthinking is the act of staying stuck on a particular thought or topic for longer than you desire. It can also be the repetition of one or more thoughts continuously. The coaching will help you explore the thought(s) to try and determine where it is coming from and how to dissolve it in a matter that is satisfactory and helpful to you.
There are a lot of things that fall under mindset that you could be helped with as mindset is a cumulative term for a lot of mental processes that happen. Whether you want to develop a completely new mindset or shake off an old mindset let’s write coaching can help you stay the course during the inevitable obstacles on the road ahead.
- Starting Over
Whether you are completely figuring out how to change your life permanently or just starting a new chapter in your life, the life coaching can help you explore what direction you want to go in and start laying down a healthy foundation for your new start.
The past will always be part of you, but it doesn’t have to be repeated or continuously relived in the future. That’s what acceptance is about, accepting and giving your past a place so you can move on into the future with a clear mind. The coaching will help you navigate your way to accepting the past as an unchangeable part of your life and help you come to terms with all that has happened covering all the steps needed to accomplish this.
Self-love comes from building a loving relationship with yourself. Not being your own enemy opens a lot of doors in terms of better mental wellbeing and mental health. With the coaching you can learn how to build a relationship with yourself from scratch or work on the one that already exists to convert it to one with self-love as the base.
- Planning A Life
Planning a life is all the things you want to do, but are afraid to do for whatever reason. It could also mean that you want to better your life and come up with a self-development life plan, or are already working on the plan and need help navigating the steps. With your coaching plan you will look into what the best options are to take to be able to look back on a life you loved living.
- Pattern Recognition
With pattern recognition I will look into the habits and customs you have set up in your life that might not be functioning for you anymore. These customs are not only actions but could also be thinking patterns that need to be broken in order to get to acceptance for example. These patterns will be brought to your attention in order to start breaking them apart and rebuilding ones that you desire and are useful for your life.
- Processing Events
Processing events is the act of making sure that you are not just stepping over and/or pushing aside how you feel about the situations that you are in but are actually actively involved with your thoughts, feelings and emotions about it. The coaching will guide you in expressing and creating space for you to feel and discuss what it is you need to in order for your thoughts, feelings and emotions not to haunt you later and hinder the process of acceptance.
Even though the above eight topics are stated separately they are not separate units as this is life. We can try and want to segment everything in nice little cubicles but oftentimes we fail in doing so. The stories of our lives mostly contain a few or all of the elements discussed above, it could be that one bothers you more than another which is something you should definitely say and make clear but it won’t always mean that it is the only thing you will be needing help with in the end and that is okay. What matters most is you getting all the help you need in accurate fashion.
Another thing to note is that even if you feel that your problem doesn’t fit within the eight units discussed above you can still get help! Just fill in the application form and describe your problem and I will get back to you with either an acceptance to try and help you or ideas where you can get accurate help. I will never allow you into the program if I don’t think I can actually be helpful to you.
How does the Let’s Write life coaching work?
You fill in the application online which will then be reviewed by me. This review process is done to make sure that the kind of help you are asking for is the kind of help I can actually offer you. All this is because I’ve been in your shoes; hopeful that someone said that they could help me and then got cheated out of the help requested and the money paid. That’s not an experience I want to offer anyone so I make sure to upfront communicate what I can and can’t help you with. It keeps it fair for everyone involved.
And not to worry I won’t leave you in limbo for long! It takes a maximum of two days to hear back and a maximum of three if you apply during the weekend. Here’s something you didn’t read and thus definitely don’t know about and I of course didn’t tell you, but the first maximum is the one most used.
After you have been approved to enter the coaching program you can sign in to the Let’s Write coaching platform and the coaching will commence. The coaching will consist of you writing a letter(s) describing your situation which you will send to me via the platform, within a set amount of time you will receive a detailed reply.
These detailed replies will be tailored to answer the questions you have but also provide you with food for thought and if the situation calls for it possible actionable steps. As said above within my type of life coaching the intent is not to take over and tell you what to do. I accompany you in your journey, I can’t walk the journey for you nor am I willing to do that. I believe in the power of you, so I will not be stealing your power by taking over but only highlighting to you the ways you can create, find and use your own powers.
One of the great things about let’s write coaching is that you can access the platform via the app. Thanks to the app you can have a coach near you at all times. Sending a quick message is as easy via the app as it is via the portal on a pc, laptop or tablet.

About the coach
I can see why you would think; “Well that’s nice but what about you? You say you’ve walked a mile in my shoes, explain yourself?!”. Well I have. I started My Story Of I because I was sad about missing out in life. Seeing life pass me by, wanting to do things but not daring to, overthinking myself out of it, thinking it was just not for me even though my heart was yearning to do it or everything combined. It was safe to say that I was not happy and I knew something had to change else life would really pass me by. So I got to taking baby steps, reading blogs, articles here and there to see if changing my life was possible. You know? Something I could do. As I was very much a “fix it myself” kinda girl. I still am but I learned a lot along the way but that’s a story for another day (it’s in my eBook if you’re curious). Anyways slowly but steadily I built up the courage to give it a go, but only after a short (read: long) wonder about it of exactly four months and 9 days all the back in 2016.
Since that date I started listening to my heart and trying to learn and do as much as possible to shape my real life to the one I was secretly living in my head. After five years I can tell you honestly that I created a life I truly love living and am happy to wake up to every day. Really every day.
Now of course for you it doesn’t have to take five years. I started My Story Of I because if I could help just 1 person no longer feel the way I did through reading my journey being privately open was worth it. It took me five years because I had a lot of learning and figuring out to do by myself which caused lots of errors. You, of course, don’t have to figure it out by yourself, I can help you with all that I learned during my journey not just personally but also in terms of techniques because you can rest assured that I have tried a lot of self-help techniques. Too many to respectfully disclose, but now I can use them to potentially help you so learning them was good for something after all!
Next to learning all of those techniques and testing them I also have a Master in Psychology* and a minor in Narrative Therapy*. Having the experience in testing theories that not all have been research backed but are still helpful and popular and combining them with what I learned professionally in school but also through creating the life I have now I’d say that my brain is full of knowledge on how to help you live your best life.
